A day of emotions, suggestions and genuine pleasures, pedaling together towards a destination, bringing an experience home.

It starts from Ponte Arche, immediately facing the most challenging climb of the entire tour that runs through the entire Banale area up to the heart of the village of San Lorenzo. Here, crossing the hamlets of Berghi, Pergnano and Senaso, among the narrow alleys of the peasant houses, you reach the Azienda Agricola Il Ritorno, where you stop for the first stop and to learn the secrets of the cultivation of medicinal herbs. While the musicians play, you can taste the typical local specialties offered by the farm's agri-snack: delicious snacks with ciuiga, cheeses or traditional desserts, enriched with edible flowers and medicinal and spontaneous herbs. After the break we start again in the direction of Lomaso: this time the road is mostly downhill, at least as far as Ponte Arche, from where we then climb up a stretch of ascent that leads to the small village of Poia up to the Osteria Fiore where enjoy the typical potato-based menu.

After lunch, the ride continues: from Lomaso it reaches the area of Bleggio and through country roads immersed in evocative centuries old walnut trees, you arrive at the small winery of the Azienda Agricola Luca Caliari, where you rest in a truly unique atmosphere, tasting wine and local specialties with Deges, an association that brings together many small farms and producers in the valley. The tour is almost finished: return to Ponte Arche for 6 pm, after covering 50 kilometers and 1,000 meters in altitude. A second appointment is scheduled for September 7th.
