It has a bright straw yellow color, with a fine and delicate bubbles; the nose recalls hints of rennet apple and white peach. The taste is fresh and fragrant with a particularly fruity aromatic return.

Production area: D.O.C.G. between the towns of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene. It is a hilly area of morainic origin with limestone soils mixed with marl and in some cases also calcareous-clayey.
Training system: Simple and double upside down espalier with 2500 vines per hectare.
Yield per hectare: Maximum 135 quintals of grapes.
Harvest period: Second ten days of September.
Vinification: Whole grapes are introduced into the pneumatic press and the must obtained from them
soft pressing, after a first racking, is placed in tanks at controlled temperature, where it remains until its use for the production of sparkling wine.
Production: The must, added with yeasts selected by Villa Sandi, is placed in thermo-conditioned containers
where fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 15-16 ° C. In this way they are enhanced
all the scents of the vintage. Reached the desired alcohol content and sugar content, through the
refrigeration, the fermentation is stopped and, after a short pause, the sparkling wine is
ready for bottling.
Pairing: It is an excellent aperitif. It can accompany delicious appetizers and goes well with the whole meal, especially with fish dishes.
