Intense ruby red, purple, with a succulent and persistent froth. Intensely vigorous red fruit fragrance, ample bouquet and characteristic. The taste is full, balanced, excellent density and long lasting persistence, the tannins are soft and the acidity is well balanced.

SERVING TEMPERATURE 14-15°C

  •  Flat lands in the southern area of the province of Mantova, located in the municipalities of Viadana, Dosolo, Pomponesco
  • Lambrusco: 15% Maestri, 15% Ancellotta, 50% Viadanese, 20% Oliva. Sugar 13 gr/lt
  •  Red wine vinification with prolonged maceration. Secondary fermentation in autoclave with the Classic Charmat Process.
  •  Pumpkin tortellini, wild game. Boiled meats with sweet fruit pickles.
