Farina Di Mais del Distretto Rurale Riso e Rane is a flour obtained from the milling of "Nostrano di Morimondo" maize which, processed according to the best tradition, produces a flour with a unique and ancient flavour.
Bramata maize flour is the ideal product for long cooking polenta.
Cooking instructions
We recommend using 4 litres of water and two tablespoons of coarse salt for 1 kg of flour. Bring the water to the boil and add salt. Slowly pour in the flour, stirring constantly to prevent lumps from forming. Cook for 30 to 40 minutes.
