Salamino l'Alfiere - La Rocca Delicatessen

Known by the name of "Cacciatorino", seasoned and of small size, to be easily transported in the saddlebags' hunters.

The raw material is minced meat coming from fresh national pigmeat.

The salting, the bagging and the tying are handmade.

The natural casing is done with the gut of the sow.

The seasoning varies from 15 to 30 days.

It doesn't contain gluten, nor milk derivatives. All ingredients are free of allergens and does not come from GMOS.

It has a soft consistency, its flavor is sweet, of good meat, the aroma is fresh and slightly spicy.

Ideal for snacks and snacks. To be consumed by itself, sliced thick and by hand, after skin removal, or for appetizing recipes.
