It is valorized by the Consortium of typical Piacentina charcuterie.
The raw material is minced meat coming from fresh national pigmeat.
The salting, the bagging and the binding are handmade.
The natural casing which surrounds it is the intestine of pig.
It doesn't contain gluten, nor milk derivatives. All the ingredients are free of allergens and does not come from GMOS.
The seasoning varies from 45 to 90 days.
It has a soft consistency but compact, its flavor is sweet and savory, with hints of pepper and a decisive and spicy aroma.
