Fresca Fiemme Milk - Caseificio Sociale Val di Fiemme

Our fresh pasteurized milk comes only from two farms selected by our dairyman for chemical and organoleptic quality of the raw material. The peculiarity is the genuineness of the milk, which arrives at the dairy still warm within an hour of milking. This allows us to have a safe product from a micro-biological point of view, with a longer shelf life and therefore a maturity of 6 days.
