Caciocavallo cheese - Pecorino Crotonese cheese DOP Calabrialleva

A cheese made from cow's milk. Typical of the Calabrian tradition, the caciocavallo is a pure milk cheese with a soft and rounded taste. Liquid calf rennet and lactic ferments are added to the milk. The taste is sweet and becomes more piquant as it matures. It is a cheese that lends itself well to grilling.
