Milk Provola - Pecorino Crotonese cheese DOP Calabrialleva

Cheese made from cow's milk. Made as it used to be, when milk was the only and main ingredient, without adding any other derivative except liquid calf rennet and lactic ferments. In the mouth it tastes of pure milk, without any inflexions. Provolone is a soft, stringy, very versatile cheese. It is the everyday cheese, to be combined in any way.
