Poetry is one of the oldest oratory arts. Ageless verses that echo in eternity, reaching to the present day. The love for poetry comes this year also in Emilia-Romagna (in the photo above, of Nacchio's Brothers, a glimpse of Levizzano Rangone) thanks to Poesia Festival '19, which has always offered the best voices of contemporary poetry and famous protagonists of theater, cinema and music engaged in personal tributes to the great poets of the past and of our times.

The event, at its 15th edition, is promoted by the municipalities of Terre di Castelli (Castelnuovo Rangone, Castelvetro di Modena, Guiglia Marano sul Panaro, Savignano sul Panaro, Spilamberto, Vignola and Zocca) and the municipalities of Castelfranco Emilia and Modena.

The voices that alternate during the week of the festival, from 16 to 22 September, testify to how much poetry is a precious and malleable instrument, able to speak to women and men of our time. An event that speaks of poetry and an entire territory rich in beauty, gastronomy and productive excellence.

The billboard is full of high-level meetings and welcomes numerous spontaneous initiatives born from private and local associations, gathering from a widespread territory of ten municipalities that for a week come together to experience the same atmosphere of celebration and love for poetry. And, of course, for the villages and landscapes. Poetic places par excellence.
