A day dedicated to joviality will take place on Saturday 27th October at Contrada Casale a Moscufo, during the second edition of the World Pasta Day – Pastificio Aperto. The event, organized by the homonymous pasta factory, in collaboration with AIDEPI (Association of Italian Sweet and Pasta Industries), will celebrate pasta, true landlady, with music, tastings and guided tours inside the production plant.
Among the main protagonists of the tastings, the PrimoGrano line, made with 100% Abruzzese wheat, and the Roman chef Marco Mazzone, who has always been the ambassador of Pasta Rustichella throughout Italy.
In addition to all this there will be the delicious wines of the Cantina Ciavolich.
