Procenando in Proceno

An itinerant tasting of traditional Procenese products in the streets of the small village, usually held on the last weekend in July. The entire route from Piazza della Libertà to Porta del Lazio will be enlivened by small refreshment stands, each with live music and typical products, and each evening will be further enriched by various travelling shows.
There are now around nine refreshment points, each with its own characteristics and names. Each refreshment point will be supplied with organic material and during the two days there will be a careful and meticulous waste separation. The typical product that will be the protagonist of the evenings, present in almost all the refreshment points and proposed in different ways, is the Red Garlic of Proceno.
