The Lambrusco Festival takes place in the courtyards of the prestigious Palazzo Greppi built between 1770 and 1780. The palace was the heart of the large estate that Count Greppi, coming from Milan, bought from Duke Francesco III Este. The Lambrusco Festival includes the tasting of the various Lambrusco wines from Reggio and traditional cuisine accompanied by ballroom orchestras and/or youth bands. Guided tours of the palace and its complex history are organized during the event.
