In the afternoon the bonfire is prepared, and on top of it there is a puppet filled with sawdust representing the devil. Tradition wants to remember the saint who kills the Devil and The Bonfire represents hell. The evening is spent singing and dancing around the bonfires; Once only the coals are left, the potatoes are cooked under the ashes and the sausages are roasted.
