Asparagus Festival

The asparagus is historically typical of the village of Rogaro, in the Tremezzo area, which until the middle of the last century was dotted with vines. on the occasion of the festival of the sanctuary of the black Madonna, the local restaurants and the pro loco offer visitors traditional asparagus dishes. a characteristic feature after the mass is the auction of the best bunch of asparagus, the proceeds of which go towards the beautification of Rogaro's central square.
