In winter in the cozy dining room with the characteristic fogolar, in the cool summer veranda, you can enjoy delicious dishes, prepared with fresh products and cooked according to tradition, to keep intact all the flavors of the mountain. The use of genuine ingredients has always characterized the dishes of the restaurant.
The supply is made by local farmers and farmers to have fresh, high quality products every day. Prosciutto, mushrooms and wild herbs help to flavor the first courses such as gnocchi, risottos and soups and second courses. To taste the dunkatle, the ricotta cream with polenta, frico and cjarsons.

Equipped with chromatic and emotional showers, Turkish bath and Finnish sauna, the structure, built in wood as in the best tradition, welcomes its guests in a cozy and comfortable environment for moments of absolute well-being. Entering the wellness area leads directly to a large central relaxation area: from here the different areas dedicated to wellness treatments open up.
